Reminders & Cancellations.
Email reminders are sent four days before appointments and text reminders are sent two days before appointments.
Please provide as much notice as possible about cancellations. 100% appointment cancellation fees apply when less than 48 hours notice is given (unless there are extenuating circumstances).
To cancel or reschedule, please email us or message Jane directly on 0419 102338. Any messages received over the weekend will be responded to during office hours unless we have another arrangement. We prefer emails to text messages.
Accounts are sent at the end of the month. All payments that are made by Direct Transfer need to have your Initials & Date of the most recent appointment put into the Description section of Direct Transfers.
Payment is expected within 48 hours.
Administration fees may apply to handling late payments.
