Reminders & Cancellations.

Email reminders are sent four days before appointments
Text reminders are sent two days before appointments.

Please provide as much notice as possible about cancellations so that appointment times can be re-booked. 100% appointment cancellation fees apply when less than 48 hours notice is given (unless there are extenuating circumstances).

To cancel or reschedule, please email us. Any messages received over the weekend will be responded to during office hours unless we have another arrangement.
We prefer emails or phone calls rather than text messages.


Accounts are sent towards the end of the month. All payments that are made by Direct Transfer require Initials & Invoice Number in the Description section of Direct Transfers.
Payment is expected within 48 hours to be credited by the last day of the month. Administration fees may apply to handling late payments.
