Reminders & Cancellations

Email reminders are sent four working days before appointments
Text reminders are sent two working days before appointments.

Please provide as much notice as possible about cancellations so that appointment times can be re-booked by others. 100% appointment cancellation fees apply when less than 48 hours (2 working days) notice is given (unless there are extenuating circumstances).

To cancel or reschedule, please email us. Any messages received over the weekend will be responded to during office hours unless we have another arrangement.
We prefer emails or phone calls not text messages.

Accounts

Accounts are sent fortnightly. All payments that are made by Direct Transfer require Initials & Invoice Number in the Description section of Direct Transfers.
Payment is expected within 48 hours.
Administration fees may apply for handling late payments.
