Before Your Appointment

Important information to help you get the most from your first appointment.

Before your appointment

If you are a new group client, please complete our group client registration form. It is also helpful to email Jane a copy of any reports, referral letters, NDIS plans before your appointment, so we can make better use of the initial session time.

If you are co-parenting as separated parents, both parents need to complete the Shared Care Consent form returning via email before your child’s first appointment.

Reminders & Cancellations.

Email reminders are sent four working days before appointments and text reminders are sent two working days before appointments.

Please provide as much notice as possible about cancellations so that the appointment can be rebooked for someone else.
100% appointment cancellation fees apply when less than 48 hours -2 working days- notice is given (unless there are extenuating circumstances).

To cancel or reschedule, please email us. Any messages received over the weekend will be responded to during office hours unless we have another arrangement. We prefer emails/phone calls not text messages.

Account Payment

Accounts are usually sent fortnightly. All payments made by Direct Transfer need to have the invoice number put into the Description section of Direct Transfers. Payment is expected within 48 hours. Administration fees may apply to handling late payments.
